Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
The SAR Marketing Communication Association in Warsaw (leader) and the Lewiatan Employers' Association of Małopolska in Kraków are implementing the project "Increasing the competitiveness of Małopolska brands on foreign markets" addressed to 90 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the Małopolska Province.
The aim of the project is to increase the economic potential of Małopolska's enterprises through the implementation of activities promoting Małopolska's economy abroad and providing direct support to 90 representatives of Małopolska's companies from 7 Regional Intelligent Specialisations, facilitating effective competition on international markets.
It is a completely unique project. In the age of the Internet and global economy, there is no possibility to develop a company without effective promotion and communication about the company and its products.
We have a lot to offer you within the framework of the project, especially the promotion of your companies, your products or services.
We have developed a Brand Map of the Małopolska Region, which will promote your companies at home and abroad (institutions, economic missions) and on the Internet.
1. The map of Małopolska region's Brands takes into account
Brand strength divided into 7 RIS:
a) regional level - brands recognizable in the region, niche brands - economic potential and scale of impact on the Małopolska region, potential for development of a given brand: national level, level
b) national level - Małopolska brands recognizable at the national level, economic potential and the scale of impact on Poland:
potential for the development of a given brand at the European level,
influencing the country's brand,
brands of the Małopolska region as Ambassadors of Poland,
brands aspiring to the role of the Ambassador of Poland;
c) European level - Małopolska brands recognizable in Europe, in a given industry in Europe, economic potential and scale of impact - including:
potential for the development of a given brand,
export potential of entering other foreign markets.
2. we plan 2 national conferences for SME entrepreneurs from Małopolska with domestic journalists in order to promote and establish business contacts.
3. we plan to promote and present the offer of your products and services.
We plan to promote and present the offer of your products and services of SME entrepreneurs in the Małopolska Province during 3-day study visits in which 10 foreign journalists and 10 key domestic journalists will take part.
Key domestic and foreign journalists will visit your companies. This is a great opportunity to promote your companies, products and services and to make your companies more recognizable.
4. we offer you 2 conferences in Brussels for SME entrepreneurs from the Małopolska Region in order to promote and establish business contacts.
You will have the opportunity to meet representatives of the European Parliament and lobbyists. You will discuss and represent your barriers to entry into the EU markets. Tell us about your problems and how to solve them.
5. We will provide analyses of entry to the domestic and foreign markets.
6. We are carrying out for you a series of 2-day Workshops for Małopolska SME entrepreneurs in the field:
a) "Building brand strategy and competitive advantage of the position on foreign markets".
(c) 'Legal and financial aspects with an indication of current sources of export financing'.
(d) 'Increasing the efficiency of export activities'.
(e)'with Apprentices from an industry that has entered foreign markets'.
